Handcrafted silk-cotton shawl presented in the softest touch. Wear it as a shawl, or wrap it around your hips as a pareo as well as a top. Made on an old power loom by artisans in Turkey. Garment boiled with olive oil soap for extra softening.

Sizing Picture 

  1. Shoulders: Place the end of the measuring tape at the place where your shoulder meets the top of your arm (the boniest part of your shoulder). From there, holding the tape taut, stretch the tape straight across to the tip of your other shoulder blade.
  2. Bust: Place the measuring tape horizontally around the fullest part of the bust.
  3. Waist: Place the measuring tape horizontally around the smallest part of the natural waist.
  4. Hips: Place the measuring tape horizontally around the widest part of the hips and across the top of the buttocks.

Garment boiled with olive oil soap in big pots for softening.

Approx: 85cm x 160cm.

Composition

50% Silk, 50% Cotton

Care

Gentle machine wash at 30°C or lower. Avoid using softener. Wash with similar colors. First wash of garment-dyed black pieces with other dark clothes. Hang out to dry, as heat from a tumble dryer could cause shrinkage. Do not dry under the sun.
