What delivery options do I have and how much do they cost?
You can choose between Store Pickup and Home Delivery.

UPS Home Delivery:
Spain: 5€ / 1-2 working days
European Union and Andorra: 10€* / 2-4 working days
* Free shipping for purchases equal to or greater than € 250
All orders placed before 10 AM are shipped the same day.
After 10 AM, delivery times begin the next business day.
Bike Home Delivery (only Barcelona city):
Free. Same-day delivery for orders before 12 noon.
What will happen if I am not home when UPS delivers the package?
UPS will leave a note in your mailbox with the address of the "UPS Access Point" where your package will wait for you. You have a week to go and get it. If you cannot go to this Access Point, you can call the UPS Customer Service in your country and ask to be distributed again.
What can I do if I want a delivery in another country?
You can send us an email mentioning where you'd like to receive our products. We can discuss it!
How can I favor faster delivery?
If you are not at home most of the day during the week, we recommend you use the address of your work office for the delivery of your pieces. It’s usually much more efficient!
How can I track my parcel?
You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our store in Barcelona.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Can I return a piece I bought online?
Yes, of course. We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn't quite right, you have 15 days to send it back to us.
We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on.
How much does it cost?
It is totally free of charge! We do pay for the collection of your piece at your home and its return to our store.
How does it work?
We make your return shipping easy: just send us an email and we will send you instructions. Someone from UPS will collect your parcel. Once your package reaches our store, please allow 3 to 5 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed.
If your return does not meet the conditions listed above, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
How can I make the collection easier?
For an easier collection (especially if you do not work from home), we will also offer you the option to drop your package off at a UPS picking point.
Can I return a piece that I bought in store?
We make sure that the clothing you buy in our store fits you perfectly. You will be delighted with your purchase. However, if you regret it, we accept returns for 15 days. Your pieces will be exchanged for a voucher, which does not expire. Stay reassured that you will find something that you love ... if not now, it may be later, you have all the time to use the voucher. Items must be returned clean, unused and with all their labels.
How do I exchange a piece I bought online?
If you want to exchange your piece for another item or change the size or color of your items, you must ask for a return and make a new purchase. You have 15 days to request the exchange.
How do I exchange a piece that I bought in store?
If you want to exchange the piece that you bought in our store, just come with your item, in perfect condition, during the 15 days after the date of your purchase.
