What delivery options do I have and how much do they cost?
You can choose between Store Pickup and Home Delivery.

European Union: 10€ / 2-4 working days
Europe (no-EU): 15€ / 2-4 working days

Delivery times begin one business day after the order is placed.
The courier we work with is UPS.
* If your order is placed from outside the European Union, your order will be automatically charged without taxes. However, as soon as it reaches your country, you may be charged with some customs fees.
What can I do if I want a delivery in another country?
You can send us an email mentioning where you'd like to receive our products. We can discuss it!
How can I favor faster delivery?
If you are not at home most of the day during the week, we recommend you use the address of your work office for the delivery of your pieces. It’s usually much more efficient!
How can I track my parcel?
You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our store in Barcelona.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Can I return a piece I bought online?
Yes, of course. We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn't quite right, you have 20 days to send it back to us.
We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on.
How much does it cost?
It is totally free of charge! We do pay for the collection of your piece at your home and its return to our store.
How does it work?
We make your return shipping easy: just send us an email and we will send you instructions. Someone from UPS will collect your parcel. Once your package reaches our store, please allow 3 to 5 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed.
If your return does not meet the conditions listed above, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
How can I make the collection easier?
For an easier collection (especially if you do not work from home), we will also offer you the option to drop your package off at a UPS picking point.
How do I exchange a piece I bought online?
If you want to exchange your piece for another item or change the size or color of your items, you must ask for a return and make a new purchase.
