Can I return a piece I bought online?
Yes, of course. We hope you will love everything that you purchase at THEAVANT but if something isn't quite right, you have 15 days to send it back to us. We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on.
How does it work?
Send us an email at store@theavant.com and we will provide you with the instructions, along with a return shipping label.
Once we receive your package at our facilities, the inspection, approval, and refund process may take between 3–5 business days (depending on workload).
Please note that if your return does not meet the conditions listed above, the package will be sent back to you.
How much does it cost?
- Mainland Spain: €7
- Canary Islands: €15
- European Union and Andorra: €10
- Switzerland and Norway: 25€
- USA: 35€
The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The remaining amount will be automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a few business days.
IN-STORE PURCHASES
Can I return a piece that I bought in store?
We make sure that the clothing you buy in our store fits you perfectly. You will be delighted with your purchase. However, if you regret it, we accept returns for 15 days. Your pieces will be exchanged for a voucher, which is valid during 3 months. Items must be returned clean, unused and with all their labels.
