Can I return a piece I bought online?

Yes, of course. We hope you will love everything that you purchase at THEAVANT but if something isn't quite right, you have 15 days to send it back to us. We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on.

How much does it cost?

Spain and EU:
Returns are totally free.

We cover the cost of shipping (you will receive the prepaid return label by email).

Switzerland, Norway and USA:

Returns must be shipped with a trackable service and at the customer’s expense. Please notify us once you ship.

How does it work?

Send us an email and we will give you instructions. When your package reaches our store, please allow 3 to 5 business days (depending on peak times) to review, accept and issue your refund. You will receive a confirmation email.

If your return does not meet the conditions listed above, the package will be sent back to you.

IN-STORE PURCHASES

Can I return a piece that I bought in store?

We make sure that the clothing you buy in our store fits you perfectly. You will be delighted with your purchase. However, if you regret it, we accept returns for 15 days. Your pieces will be exchanged for a voucher, which is valid during 3 months. Items must be returned clean, unused and with all their labels.
