  1. Shoulders: Place the end of the measuring tape at the place where your shoulder meets the top of your arm (the boniest part of your shoulder). From there, holding the tape taut, stretch the tape straight across to the tip of your other shoulder blade.
  2. Bust: Place the measuring tape horizontally around the fullest part of the bust.
  3. Waist: Place the measuring tape horizontally around the smallest part of the natural waist.
  4. Hips: Place the measuring tape horizontally around the widest part of the hips and across the top of the buttocks.

Care

For the first wash, we strongly recommend washing the item on its own.
The cover (cotton, linen or viscose) can be machine-washed on a gentle cycle with cold or lukewarm water. Air-drying is best to preserve the fibres’ softness; if using a dryer, select a low temperature and remove while still slightly damp. The silk filling requires more delicate care: * Hand-wash or use an ultra-gentle cold-water cycle. * Use a mild detergent suitable for silk. * Do not wring. * Always air-dry flat and away from direct sunlight. * Do not tumble dry. Iron the cover inside out to avoid marks. The silk filling should not be ironed.
