Can I return a piece I bought online?

Yes, of course. We hope you will love everything that you purchase at THEAVANT but if something isn't quite right, you have 15 days to send it back to us.

We ask that items are returned clean, unworn and have all their tags on.

How much does it cost?

Spain and EU:
Returns are totally free.

We cover the cost of UPS shipping (you will receive the prepaid return label by email).

Switzerland, Norway and USA:

We will charge you a fixed amount:

  • Switzerland and Norway: € 15
  • USA: € 30

This amount will be deducted from the refund that we will make when we receive the piece in perfect condition.

How does it work?

We make your return shipping easy: just send us an email and we will send you instructions. Someone from UPS will collect your parcel. Once your package reaches our store, please allow 3 to 5 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed.

If your return does not meet the conditions listed above, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.

How can I make the collection easier?

For an easier collection (especially if you do not work from home), we will also offer you the option to drop your package off at a UPS picking point.

Can I return a piece that I bought in store?

We make sure that the clothing you buy in our store fits you perfectly. You will be delighted with your purchase. However, if you regret it, we accept returns for 15 days. Your pieces will be exchanged for a voucher, which does not expire. Stay reassured that you will find something that you love ... if not now, it may be later, you have all the time to use the voucher. Items must be returned clean, unused and with all their labels.

How do I exchange a piece I bought online?

If you want to exchange your piece for another item or change the size or color of your items, you must ask for a return and make a new purchase. You have 15 days to request the exchange.

How much does it cost?

Spain and EU:
Returns of the products you want to exchange are totally free.

We cover the cost of UPS shipping (you will receive the prepaid return label by email).

Switzerland, Norway and USA:

We will charge you a fixed amount:

  • Switzerland and Norway: € 15
  • USA: € 30

We will send you a link to make the payment of this amount. Once payment is received, we will send you a UPS label for the return shipment. You will also have to pay the cost of shipping the new purchase you make (the exchange products).

If you want to exchange the piece that you bought in our store, just come with your item, in perfect condition, during the 15 days after the date of your purchase.
