SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES:

    Shipping

    • FREE shipping for all your orders!
    • Delivery times:

                           Spain and Portugal:    1-2 working days

                           Rest of Europe:           3-6 working days

      • Delivery times are approximate and a delay in it doesn't include a possible claim for damages.
      • All orders within the European Union are shipped on DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price.
      • Outside European Union, additional charges for customs clearances must be borne by the recipient.
      • Unfortunately, by now we don't deliver to other countries outside Europe. We will expand sales to more countries in the future.
      • As soon as your order is sent off, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number of the carrier company.

      Collect at store: Do your shopping online and collect from store.

      • This option has no additional costs for shipping.
      • You will get an email once your order is ready to be picked.
      • Collect it yourself, showing your ID, or send someone else with a signed authorisation and a copy of your ID.

      RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

      • You have the right to return or exchange the products within 15 days upon purchase.
      • All items must be unused and in their original condition.
      • The original price paid for the product will be credited. Transportation costs will not be credited.
      • If THE AVANT sent the wrong item, THE AVANT will reimburse the shipment costs.

      There are two options for returns and changes:

      At store: It is completely free of charge.

      Online:

      • Request a return number via info@theavant.com. We will contact the transport agency to pick the products from the address you provide.
      • The costs of returning items will be paid by the customer and will be deducted from the refund.
      • Shipping costs for returns are 6€ for Spain and Portugal and 20€ for the rest of Europe.
      • For exchanges, return the product and place a new order.
